This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") describes how DNArt Inc. ("DNArt" or "we" or "us") uses your information in running our business. We refer to users of our music remixing services (the “Services”) as users ("Users") of the Services.
Please read our Terms of Use. By using the Services, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
1. WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION DOES DNArt COLLECT?
User Provided Information. We collect transcripts of your interaction with the voice operated version of the Services: for example, transcripts from your use of the Services through third-party smart home devices. You will never be required to provide, and we will never solicit, your personally identifiable information in order for you to participate in the Services.
Information from Use of our Services. DNArt may gather non-personally identifiable information from Users of our Services. Non-personally identifiable information is information that usually cannot by itself be used to identify a particular person or entity, and may include: the Internet Protocol (IP) address and non-precise device location information (e.g., city or region).
User Provided Information and Information from Use of our Services shall be referenced together herein as “Collected Information.”
2. HOW DOES DNArt USE INFORMATION?
Collected Information. We use the Collected Information to deliver the products and services that you have requested. We don't sell your Collected Information to third parties.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information from the use of our Services. DNArt analyzes non-personally-identifying information gathered from users of the Services to help better understand how our Services are being used and to help tailor content across the Services. By recognizing patterns and trends in usage, DNArt is able to better design the Services to improve Users' experiences, both in terms of content and ease of use. We also may share non-personally-identifying information with third parties, including but not limited to advisors, advertisers, analytics providers, and investors, for the purpose of conducting business.
3. DISCLOSURES OF INFORMATION
DNArt may share and disclose non-personally identifying information as reasonably necessary to provide the Services. This may include sharing non-personally identifying information with companies whose practices are not covered by this Privacy Policy. For example, we may share non-personally identifying information with our partners, affiliates or third party vendors.
DNArt may disclose your Collected Information to third parties when obligated or permitted to do so by law and in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected, or actual prohibited activities, including but not limited to fraud and situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person. We reserve the right to disclose to third parties non-personally identifiable information collected for any lawful purpose.
Finally, DNArt may transfer Collected Information to a successor entity (or potential buyer) in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate change.
4. ACCESS AND CHANGES TO COLLECTED INFORMATION
As described in Section 1 herein, you will never be required to provide personally identifiable information in order to participate in the Services. We acknowledge that while participating in a voice operated version of the Services, you may inadvertently disclose personally identifiable information. You may be entitled to access that personally identifiable information held about you, subject to certain exemptions in accordance with the applicable data protection law(s). 5. SECURITY
We use reasonable electronic, personnel, and physical measures to protect information from loss, theft, alteration, or misuse. However, please be advised that even the best security measures cannot fully eliminate all risks. We cannot guarantee that only authorized persons will view your information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures.
6. CHILDREN
We encourage parents and guardians to familiarize themselves with this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. We also urge children to check with their parents or guardians before participating in the Services. Our information practices regarding the use of Collected Information are in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). As described in Section 1 herein, we do not solicit or require the disclosure of personally identifiable information in order for Users – including children under 13 years old – to participate in the Services. Collected Information from children under 13 years old will be used as described in Section 2 herein and disclosed as described in Section 3 herein. 7. PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
DNArt may, in its sole discretion, change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any and all changes to DNArt's Privacy Policy will be reflected here and the date new versions are posted will be stated at the top of this Privacy Policy. Non-material changes and clarifications will take effect immediately, and material changes will take effect within thirty (30) days of their posting on this website. The date of the most recent revisions will also appear on this page. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use or access the Services. If you are a parent or guardian of a User under the age of 13 and do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not allow your child to use or access the Services.
Where language elsewhere on DNArt’s website contradicts that found in this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy shall prevail.
8. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
The information collected by DNArt is hosted in the United States of America and is subject to U.S. state and federal law. If you are accessing our Services from other jurisdictions, please be advised that you are transferring your personal information to us in the United States where data protection and privacy laws may be less stringent than the laws of your country. BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU CONSENT TO THE TRANSFER AND USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
